I have a character stuck after falling through the world and now disconnects on every login.
The Stuck character Service is not working, when I click continue to use the stuck service, the button becomes greyed out, goes to the next page which says “Please wait while page is loading” then goes back to the previous page with the continue button.
I’ve tried in game, in Chrome and Edge browsers with the same results and there is no way for me to open a ticket!

Same thing happened to me. At 9 am my char fell through the ground in Nazjatar, I’ve tried the unstuck option on my account multiple times. Each time it just breaks when I try klicking continue. I’ve made a ticket about this issue hours ago, still no replay and unable to play my main character. I understand the support is busy with Wotkl and DF coming but at least make sure the self fixing possibility is working on such common issues.
Glad it’s not just me !! I’ve been going crazy trying to open and actual ticket…seems that’s impossible now
Generally it works most of the time, it’s just that today it seems to be broken.
I’ll see if I can paste a link as a temporary workaround for everyone.
Try the below link, to unstuck first and if that fails reclick the affected character to open up a stuck ticket. I was able to move a toon to Westfall and after that still able to create a stuck character ticket in case of during the 8h cooldown. (Classic WOTLK)
Edit5: Link has been removed again since EU’s fixed, again.

I was about to have my last cup of tea after the latest mailbox issues too when I spotted character stuck threads and wondering what this was about

Sorry I plan to only keep the ticket link around 1 place and though it got fixed yesterday.
I re-posted it in my post above, it should work for as it did for others. If the regular ticket doesn’t work, try again in another browser or later.
It takes a while to make a costume.
