Hey so my hunter is stuck on the boss Beastlord Darmac in BRF, when I log into the character she is pinned by his pin down ability, I am unable to open the support menu on her cause when I do log in I get disconnected within 10 seconds and hit with the error code WOW51900319 now it isn’t my internet connection as I can log onto all my other characters perfectly fine with no disconnection issues, so I am stumped as what to do, any help from someone who has had this issue?

Issues like this are usually resolved by completely logging off for 20 minutes.
If not then you would need to try the Stuck Character service. Which can be accessed from the support menu here, without logging in.
If that doesn’t work then you would need a GM intervention, for which you can also make a ticket via the support menu here on the website without logging in.
