Character Stuck

Hi,

I’ve got a character stuck in the WoD expansion. My alliance toon is constantly disconnected when I leave the garrison and I can’t play at all. Read in the forums there is a bug near the garrison, however the “Stuck Character Service” doesn’t work either as it just spins and spins then times out. Unplayable at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
