At the moment, one of my characters is stuck falling in an infinite loop.
Normally I go online to find the “character stuck EU” link.
However, you click on that, it has an infinite loop to sending you to the U.S. Customer Support, no way to get the character back.
I figured I’d use the In-game Customer Support, however, for over a week now, it’s been stuck in an infinite “loading” loop as well.
No way to fix it.

It seems the problem as I’m diagnosing it, at least for the website, is as follows:
eu dot battle dot net will keep sending you to the U.S. site
eu dot support dot blizzard dot com does seem to work for some reason
I still don’t know why support is not working in the game however.
