so i go into my character tab to see which reputations i need to work on and im only getting showing! before patch i had all the dragonflight factions on the list.
is anyone else getting this issue?

My reputations show up as they should. Have you tried disabling your addons and reloading your UI? It is to check if this is a display issue. If the issue still persists, then best is to file a bug report in-game.

I just logged in to have a quick look. Mine is also working fine atm, check the tick boxes at the top. Mine is set to all in that screenshot.
I would try Clare’s advice first and see if it’s an addon interfering. You could try a UI reset if it wont reappear. If that fails you’ll need to do a bug report.
It’s a bug with the renown reps. They don’t appear until you get rep for them by doing some quest etc.
I notice also that after logging out, they dissapear again, until once again you get some rep with them and then they re-appear again.
But you can always view them in the DF overview page from the mini-map button regardless if they show up in the reputations list or not.
Basically a display issue, it doesn’t effect your standing with them in any way.
Still not fixed btw. And with War Within reps now on the mini map no way to acces the dragonflight ones…
