Its already been reported numerous times from almost everyone that since the patch dropped (not 11.2, the prev patch than that) , every time we use the transmogrification mount and the game “loads” our character model… the whole game reloads… we get a fully black screen… into loading the textures … and its been almost 3 weeks now…
It is extremely annoying… and it doesnt have to do with my PC specs or anyone’s specs… people found a “workaround” by using direct x11… but my game runs horrible on that and doesnt even fix it for me… tried everything… every single solution… and its DEF not in my end neither anyone else…
Can you for the love of god and for your customers… FIX THAT error??? im sick and tired with it.
Ill thank you when you actually do something about it, because as it seems our kindness and our sub money is taken for a weakness nowadays
