I’m trying to transfer one of my old characters from an inactive account I never use but I’m not seeing any of the characters from that account to transfer over…
Do I really need to pay another subscription fee for my old account just to transfer a character off???

Try using the option at the bottom to browse the realms and select the specific realm your characters are located on. See if that shows the characters to you afterwards.

I’ve not got any option to browse realms. On the realm drop down it shows the realms I have characters on this account but none of the realms of my second account
Is the second account in the same name?
Yes its all merged into the same account just split over two logins if that makes sense. I’ve transferred from it before but thats when I originally merged it and the GM was kind enough to make it active for two days
I’ve been looking at this and you can’t transfer from an inactive account as the shop button doesn’t appear in a “veteran” account.
I think that Nenyasqi should provide an exact link or description how as I cannot find a way to transfer a character from an inactive account to an active one. No shop button appears in an inactive account login.
The old system of looking at an account in the list and choosing options is gone for an inactive account and the shop website only directs you ingame.
