I bought a transfer yesterday, but forgot to send gold to my char before the purchase. I then sent gold since I thought I would have time to log onto that char and open the mail, but later found out that you cant log into the char you bought a transfer for at all. Opened a ticket, but it says average wait time 7 days. Anything I can do on my own to fix this?

Opening a ticket in this kind of situations is indeed the only option available, our GMs will be with you as quickly as possible. The current waiting time is indeed a bit long, but nowhere near 7 days 
Hm ok. It says 5 days and 6 hours rn. Thats pretty ridiculuos when I paid money for a transfer
