Character transfer question

Hi all,
I have a question for the blizzard staff.
Will there be any offers about “realm character transfer” before the new expansion starts?
I remember that in the past there was. Or not ?

We dont get answers from blizzard here.
But this isnt the sort of thing they would tell you in advance. They would only announce it when they want to.

But i wouldnt expect one any time soon personally.
