Hello,

I paid for a transfer a character service in World of Warcraft and I want to transfer a character from my Battle.net account to another Battle.net account.

I selected the character that I want to transfer and then when I type in the name of the account in which I want the character to arrive and it doesn’t allow me to continue with the transfer.

I mention that I saw the Character Restrictions from https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000083440 and is all good.

What i must do to successfully complete the transfer ?

I tried to open a ticket for this problem but I could not see how I can create a ticket. Does someone know how can i create a ticket ?

Do both accounts have the same surname?

You are referring to BattleTag name or at the Personal Information name ?

Don’t tell me your name but usually your IRL surname needs to be the same on both.
