Hi, I wanted to ask if character transfers between realms will be allowed in Anniversary. Or will there be an option to select a realm from PVE to PVP when transferring to TBC?? Thank you 
At this moment it is not possible to transfer. Nobody knows if they’ll re-enable it again.
It is not possible to transfer between the various game editions barring special announced transfers.
