Character Unstuck Service does not unstuck my characer - can't log in

Hi,

I got my character stuck inside the world with immediate disconnects two times in the last two days. Both times when dismounting or leaving a vehicle. The first time the Unstuck Service worked and I could log into my character immediately after. But this time I used the service two times already (mind the 8h cooldown) and still I get disconnected immediately with this character. Sometimes I see a short flicker of in-game graphics and it looks like my char ist stuck in an object or texture.

It is also not possible to open a support ticket for this issue because I always get redirected back to the self service which doesn’t help. I opened a ticket with a different topic but I don’t know if this is the intended way to solve this.

The stuck character is the one im my profile “Cujodan-DerAbyssischeRat”

Hey Cujodan! I’m sorry to hear your character is stuck! We can’t discuss accounts here but if you’ve created a ticket it will be replied to as quickly as possible :slight_smile:

Thank you for your reply. Can you give me some clear instructions of what to do in such a case? Because creating a ticket under a “false” topic seems wrong. But the support UI didn’t give me another choice.

You’ll get prompted with the possibility to create a ticket after attempting the self-unstuck again, which is at the bottom of the page and the same as this link:

Thanks a lot for the link. I circled the support UI for like 30 mins and I always anded up with the unstock service and didn’t see a link to the ticket. When I clicked I need more help it just sent me to the starting support page.
