Hi guys and girls, it’s a strange question but i’m serious: Is there a way to find the date of my “character’s birthday”?
For example, when i create this Rogue PG, for me that day is her birthday… Yeah im pretty strange, i know.
Sometimes my brother and I, celebrate our birthday in our spare time with our characters and do a lot of fun things, but I’d like to celebrate my characters’ birthdays too.
I am an artist, I love manga and anime, so I create stories and hope to become a mangaka one day.
In some of my stories i like to use my character, and with it I create a story (Also for random Fun roleplay).
If someone have a bit of time to help me with this “cute thing”, i would really appreciate It.
Quick google brings up the following which may be useful.
World of Warcraft > WTF > Account > (your account name) > (your server) > (character name). You can see the date the folder was created in the folder properties window - and the folder is created the first time you log into that character on that computer.
Obviously if you’ve had another installation on a different machine before this may differ.
You should be able to roughly guess how old your character is if you check your achievements tab and look in character, look for the level section, if you leveled 1 to 10 in a day then the level 10 mark will give you the day you created it, otherwise if you took a day or so you can subtract days accordingly. Not foolproof but it may give you a rough idea if the above method doesn’t work, for instance I know Souldefiler was “born” on 11/2/2010, and Soulclaimer my hunter is even older, she was “born” on 18/09/2009. Of course, this may only work backdating to when achievements first became recorded, but I “gave birth” and “killed” quite a few characters before I kept them in WotLK.
My original char is Lost to somewhere us servers. Was playing other game when i got invited to wow by nice troll priest. It was somepoint at TBC and i can still remember that i though i cant get away from belf Area so i would just stick there Till end days😂
Hope all of you could find that special friend from game. That other game i could beat all on PvP just had to make sure friend is ok and i cant die. Not sure how it could translate to wow PvP but i count rules are same🙂
I go by the Level 10 achievement or /played to get the closest estimate but depends how determined you are to get it down to the specific date/time of creation.
