What you want is not going to happen. Those characters have been deleted and subsequently purged because of their level.
Whatever proof you have is of no relevance. The characters cannot be restored and that is the end of the matter.
You would do far better to accept this and move on, rather than ranting at people who are trying to help you.
If this is a deal-breaker for you - and it seems it might be - then I would suggest you move to one of the other games you mention indirectly and play those.
Your characters are gone and nobody can restore them.
