Greetings Blizzard Team after some break 2 years or 3 don’t remember exactly

i stop it on Shadowlands

I come back to Dragonflight because my friends told me … is good and worth to come back
i bought dragonflight and 2 months of game time … and i got a bad surprise

i see only my Chambers of Aspects characters

Draenor and Silvermoon and who knows how many other realms used level 1 char for AH or something is gone

I did a ticket but after 2 days without repply … i said i will try Forum Maybe Support repply here

I’m desperate and i hope will be fixed ,

Make sure you’re logging into the right game account, if you’ve not logged into the realms itself you’ll have to do so and they should appear.

Otherwise try the item recovery option and it should force itself to show you all current toons and realms so you may get a hint where they are.

I don’t have other account , and i think is blizzard fault , because i did something

it was a promotion when i played Overwatch with free battle tag change … and i changed my battletag and i think thats an issue and my characters gone

i have only this account with wow , because all my achivs old are here only on this account i have it Invincible Reins and i farmed this mount with all rest characters i don’t have anymore

A change of Battletag doesn’t affect your WoW toons. Try the solutions above.

Yeah i checked you don’t have any characters to restore , and on Silvermoon i have deleted only low levels char i did long time ago

no any level 45-50 on deleted chars

So issue still exist

So summing it up: You have deleted these low level toons yourself right? They’re not missing.

Any toons deleted below level 49 is subject to being purged within 120 days.

If it was 50 or above and you have not deleted them yourself, keep your ticket open with name, class/race, realm, levels, etc and a GM will take a look.

Wow for a service where you pay monthly 2 days and nobody answer is ticket … is really bad

and also how supposed to known all my names on that characters

Only 1 remember Powerarcania / mage but the rest i cant remember i hope is sufficient to recover all

Support is free for all Blizzard games and is not included with your subscription. The queue is up to a week, for certain issues you may receive a faster response.

Some months ago it was several weeks so it’s much faster atm.

If you don’t remember these details, you may also add old CD-keys, purchase orders for your toons from your payment method’s receipts etc.

Well i’m glad i found an old video of my characters , from Legion , there is only for Silvermoon but better than nothing

Your account could have been hacked and the hacker deleted them.

Make sure you LOG INTO SLIVERMOON the number of characters may not appear on the realm list after a long time not playing.

If you did it yourself 4 years ago you will not get them back. 45-50 4 years ago was less than half fully levelled and they will be gone forever if you deleted them all.

Max level was 120 then and after a few months the database was purged of deleted characters less than 100.

Thanks for repply mate ., but is imposible i use advance security on my pc , it cannot be … and i have it char 110 and that mean 50 and there will not be deleted

and also blizzard can see … before leave Shadowlands i did tempest keep … like do every week when i play wow

Because i will intent refund if is not recovered

i don’t support subscription and pay 50 euro per expansion to get years of work deleted

But have you actually logged into Silvermoon. As Dottie said, the number of characters next to each realm in the realm list doesn’t always appear.

Yeah i checked manualy each realm … only low levels deleted and 1 realm have 0 chars to restore

i don’t care about low levels … i care my big chars … like 110 level 106 like … i mean 50 or more just in new terms of levels…

because i lost tons of time … to level up each other , i will don’t say about gearing all

I hate to tell you but I found this list which shows that current L50 = former L120 so you’ll only get back characters that were 120.
The problem is that deleting isn’t for storing characters. You can leave your characters where they are when you leave the game and they’ll still be there when/if you come back. The same doesn’t apply to deleting.

I am bit confused as well, did you or did you not delete the characters before quitting?

I have personally been unsubscribed from few months to almost two expansions worth and never had any of my characters gone missing, from level 1 characters to max level.

Nothing is impossible. Most common ways for accounts to get compromised is not through your computer directly but rather some other way. For example sharing passwords across multiple services (one service gets compromised → attackers get passwords they can try on other services) or entering information to a phishing site.

GM will say they can’t be recovered. They’ve been purged. I’m sorry, but they don’t exist any more.

You do know most of the time your machine isn’t hacked, it’s using the same email and password in other other places, then those places get hacked.

I don’t think you will get your characters back, and here is why.

As the maximum level for each expansion increases Blizzard change the threshold of deleted characters being kept forever. So if your character was 110 which was the max level in legion then they would now be level 45, below the threshold for being kept permanently after being deleted.

The maximum level is now 70 so they are well below the level 50 needed for them to be kept forever in a deleted state.

If you didn’t delete your characters then they should still be there. But I think you rage quit and deleted them all.

You don’t know me … i don’t have angry issues , and also no suspicious emails … and never login my account on other place then my home … and i have autificator … so how?

i think if i lost my time and i paid for it is bad

i think will be recovered … i still wait GM TO ANSWER 3 days is unnaceptable
