Characters gone?

I’ve lost a few characters, just poof, gone at this moment, and its not just on Ravencrest its account-wide, anyone have any idea whats going on? I’ve lost quite a lot from this :confused:

*** I had 50 chars,but after a purge there was a few less but now its 37, I did not have that few characters yesterday ***
