If able to log in on them, the entire garrison appears empty. No vendors or npc’s.
Combined with the other bugs regarding Azj-Kahet and leaving Isle of Dorn, something is severely broken.
I am also having this problem. It takes a very long time to log in my character that is in their Garrison. And then the Garrison is empty of NPC’s. Horde Garrison on Magtheridon. As I’m writing this with my char standing in his Garrison, there was a sudden blip and he’s suddenly outside Garrison in the air, falling down and landing on the ground. Very weird. It just happened again. With the text: Transfer aborted, instance not found.
Edit: I cannot Hearth out either, the hearth just goes on, until he falls out of the sky again.
Edit 2: Hearth eventually worked, after doing the Hearth animation for a minute or so while every now and then falling from the sky, I am now in Dalaran.
