i transferred three characters from an account to another and now it is missing, how come ?
If it’s been a full 24 hours then open a ticket about it.

If you transferred several characters to another account, and cannot find them on the original account (before the transfer is completed) or after, then please do double-check which account you transferred them to, in case you made a mistake.
If you still can’t find them, or did make a mistake during the transfer, please do open a ticket and a game master will be able to look into this for you.
