most of my max level characters are missing, is there anything I can do?

Open a ticket in-game and try to contact a GM. Wouldn’t hurt to make a post in the Customer Support forum either!
Hmm, I heard one of the US realms had a problem with missing characters in the wake of a realm connection. Could it be that Moonglade will be joining the Defias cluster soon…?

I have tried to make a ticket, but it just says I have no active tickets, but I’ll keep trying, I want my gold back

Have you checked your deleted characters bin, by the way? Might be a case of your account being compromised. Regardless, this is the kind of issue that us mortals cannot really help with, I fear. Good luck with Blizzard customer support!
Actually, as it turns out, the server all my characters were on just wasn’t showing up… I’m just a bit of a pleb xd
