Charged splicer recipe is boosted by bladed weapon tree instead of axes

I specced into blacksmithings axe specialization to boost the charged splicer skill but it turns out that it gets boosted by bladed weapons. Even though it is a one handed axe and other one handed axes are boosted just fine.

Up, this needs fixing. Can’t complete quality 4 patron order without selling one kidney for mats and one day worth of Concentration while fully specced into axes/polearms
