Cheap PC - best build?

So this is all about making a cheap gaming PC for WoW which can run at medium/high settings with around 30-60 fps

Motherboard : GIGABYTE H410M - 74 $
Ram : G.Skill AEGIS DDR4-3000 - 16 GB - 71 $
Graphic card : GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 OC - 181 $
PSU : Corsair CV450 - 57 $
SSD : Intenso SSD SATA III High Performance - 480GB - 58 $
Cabinet : AeroCool CS-1101 - 38 $

Total : 545 $

Screen: AOC 21" e2270Swhn - 100 $

Anything u guys would switch out?
PC is only going to get used for WoW and some minor games + Discord
No streaming

I would try to find a quad core. There is a noticeably difference between 2 and 4 physical cores for WoW. Check for used Skylake and alike. Or maybe there is a cheap Ryzen 3300X, 3500X, 3600 near you. Those older Intels would also save on RAM by using more basic and cheaper kits.

New low tier cards are terrible value. I would look for used RX 570/580/470/480 or maybe GTX 1070 depending on your location and prices. Should be cheaper while stronger.

TN panel is meh, pick something with IPS.
