Cheaper expansion?

Me and my gf want to buy BfA once we both hit 110 on our new characters.

I just want to know if there’s a cheaper place to buy the expansion, if blizzard sometimes has it on discount or anything else I could look into.

I do not think that is a question you can ask here.

Blizzard rarely discounts expansions, unless you want to wait several months you have to buy it fullprice.

There are other retailers available and some may well be cheaper, but there are also sites that sell used keys to unsuspecting people, that would be your own risk as Blizzard will only refund purchases that were made directly with Blizzard, not 3rd parties.

Blizzard do occasionally discount expansions, especially once they are well under way, however they are not announced in advance so there is no way to know if one is planned soon.

There are some reputable keyselling sites that will often sell for cheaper than going direct to Blizzard. I tend to only use sites I trust and only sellers that have good ratings. You can also check out for promotions on sites like Amazon, their market place will also have keysellers.

If you have a lot of free time you can buy it by farming excessive amount of gold and exchange it to shop currency.

There is a site in my country that keeps track of, and compares prices from literally all of the game shops; budgetgaming. Maybe there is something in yours aswel, its really useful.
That being said, Legion is still 40 euros here, if you can even find a copy, so dont get your hopes up

Tokens are not extremely expensive, but AHs generally are horrible compared to Legion. Prices are down and basically no one buys anything.

That’s my worry :confused: I checked all my old characters and in total all I have is 100k gold. My goal would be about 1.1m so I’d need another million. How could I get that much?

That reminds me you can put the expansion title into google and it shows a whole load of sellers too.

There are people who earn more than 400k a week. It is possible, but as I said you need a massive amount of free time and farming knowledge.

By massive how many daily hours are we talking here and how do they do it? 400k a week is like 1.6mil in a month, all I need is 1mil

Of course there is luck involved so it is hard to say. I would say at least 3 hours daily farming than another 30 mins for the posting and stuff, 5 days a week. At least that is the schedule of the farmer I follow.

For some weird reason the price has gone up. 6 months ago I was buying a BFA cd keys for £17, grom cdkey or g2a. There £33 now, so only a slight bit of money saved. God knows why the price has gone up, the games a turd lol.

It may be too late for BFA, but Blizzard usualy has some great discount for black friday. It used to be a good time to buy discounted lvl 110 boosts but it seems it doesn’t work anymore.
(each copy of BFA on one of your account used to give a 110 boost avaible to all acounts under the same logins, but now you need to pay a sub on the new acount to get the boost)
