Hello there.
While i played WoW i encountered a cheater. I attempted to gank when suddenly guy fly away and it’s like he was blinking to above. A hunter. No special abilities or mounts or toys. He just float above and blink away. He use cheat only for escapes or when need to get somewhere really fast. I reported by “report player for cheating” but by the time GM come he will long time gone or just turned off in meanwhile.
Here is screenshot and let me see what you think? How to deal with those cheaters…

I know it’s not ideal screenshot, but hey i can’t say: “hey please stay in place so i can screenshot of you and wait for GM to turn up”

It looks weird yeah, are you sure that it isnt just a case of extreme lagg? happens alot nowadays. Atleast in current content zones.
No i am pretty sure it’s not about lag.
Grizzly Hills zone. My net work perfect (considering that i am using company internet - 600 MB/s). Don’t have any problem of that nature. And that guy was blinking while some other dude (it think it was a priest nearby) was flying and moving normally. Oh i wish i could get him as a witness.

As long as you report it to blizzard customer support team and don’t name and shame the cheater in question here you will be Gucci.
i mean it could have been that guy himself lagging, someone blinking is something that sounds like lagg. On his screen he might have pressed the buttons to mount up and fly away, but the lagg only making it happen when the laggspike is over. I heard some similair things about this happening when some people were playing against some russians in bgs
But in the end it does look shady so the gm will judge it

Use the icon that looks like this </> when you can’t post links…
It allows you to create a link like this.

Then you won’t need to create blank spaces or anything else, and it’ll be easier for someone else to copy-paste it.
I sometimes fly as my humanoid form with my druid.
The flight form isn’t loaded in properly and it looks like i’m running through the sky.
Did you click on him and see any buff that could indicate a mount?
A bit like Oldmanbarry above mentioned in his post.
The mount not having been loaded in yet.
Although for me it generally takes just a few seconds to load in. And it only really happens after login. In the crowded areas.
Still. If you give the time and date to Blizzard they can check it.
It looks as if he did not rezz completely on his end. Or maybe it was a glitch or he was sharding in and out.
