Why does my Cheerbringer sheathe downside up after reset? Can I have my tendies back since this is definitely not the item I spent them on?
You can refund a item from the trading post within two hours of purchase, just return to the trading post, locate the item and click on the refund button.

System for refund is there, once 2 hours is over the time for refund is expired 
Given they’re saying it’s changed since reset, it’s a safe bet they’ve had it more than 2 hours…
Do a bug report in case its an unintended change. You can make thise in game in the support menu.
