I have spoken to a GM, and they are fixing it, and will hopefully be fixed by the next update

The quest was added in patch 1.13.2.30406. It is not in classic. FYI.

Likely to be a while before they fix it i think, just keep bug reporting it and hopefully it will come back

It could probably be that the quest isn’t in yet, and might be added in later phases.

Apparently Part 3 of Chen’s Empty Keg has not been included in the European version of WoW Classic due to legal issues with Alcohol. This is what a GM told my friend, seriously?

Can somebody explain what legal issues they are talking about?

I suppose that would make sense, if not for the tons of other quests still available involving alcohol in one way or another.

Then again, Blizzard have done this in the past, when they disabled some Brewfest dailies in Europe in order to comply with game ratings requirement. IIRC the issue involved getting completely smashed and what could be percieved as rewarding getting excessively drunk.

Well i contacted a GM about this and asked them directly if it was not in game due to legal issues with Alcohol and they replied:

"At the moment since is still under investigation I’ve no details to share with you. We’re aware though that the quest is not in-game.

Keep an eye on the patch notes since all the changes will be posted there.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again. "

So no direct answer from Blizzard.

After many levels, I was in Ratchet and to my surprise, I could pick up the quest! It seems the quest is added into the game now.
