Chi Burst should be an Empowered Ability

Please Blizz, let me channel my inner Goku and allow us to cook Chi Burst for 10 mins for a devastating one shot nuke

In seriousness though, with Empowered abilities no longer being Evoker locked (Earthern Racial), can we get this pushed into Chi Burst?

Channeled Abilities (FoF) as Melee are already as bad as they could be, Empowered would make it worse by a factor of 1000

Well it’s cast already, and now unavailable until RNG PROC. Isn’t it already substantially worse by a factor of 1000?
