Chilling in zones without mobs

Sometimes I just wanna relax outdoors ingame, but some of the most beautiful tranquil places in this universe are filled to the brim with danger…
I’ve been thinking about this for a few years, but decided I’d dare to ask for an item that would despawn mobs, or put you in an alternate reality where you can’t interact with them and just get to enjoy the moment.

Obviously this would have to be balanced, to make sure it doesn’t get used as a way to by-pass enemies and make quests easier. Maybe by being unable to progress quests or something more elaborate.

The world of warcraft is just too beautiful not to enjoy in such a way

Yeah, but no.

yeah it is fun as playing a low level u gettign alweys attacked by mobs when mobs are everywhere cant even afk without beeing killed even …

I do this, and don’t find a problem.

At level 60, nothing below BfA will hardly even notice you. And while BfA mobs will notice you if close enough, they mostly won’t, and are no longer dangerous to you if they do.

And there is no zone worth being in in Shadowlands.

I agree and it’d be lovelly if the game was more alive but i feel like it’s starting to become dull like runescape

sometimes i did this way… goin in low level zone in order to watch the gorgeous world blizz built.
the most astonishing thing is to saty in a floating island above nagrand and observe below.

Content creators load up their own private sessions to test and show hidden locations and such. In no way are they public and effectively a personal little single-player version, so I don’t see how that’s against ToS.

I’m pretty sure they’re depopulated of any mobs and NPCs-, because I think they require server communication.

FF14 devs put a mobless mode into dungeons so people could enjoy the scenery, or take screenshots. Would be a nice addition to WoW.

Pandaria at level 60.

Amazingly beautiful, but the wildlife won’t bother you. If it does, it can’t kill you, even if you’re AFK until you time out and disconnect.

Well, you can’t really turn off wildlife in the real world either :stuck_out_tongue:

Isn’t that why the game world exists? To do things you can’t do irl

in the twisting nether?
