Chrome Browser Login Problems

I can’t login to my Battle.net account while using Chrome as my browser. I login through https://eu.battle.net/login/en/

I have tested this on three different computers, cleared all my cookies, cache etc. Even tested incognito mode without any browser plug-ins enabled on all three computers.

I can enter my Battle.net username and password. I get prompted to accept the login on my Authenticatior app. I get the request to my phone. But what happens is that I only get redirected back to the login page. No matter how fast I try to accept the MFA request it always redirects me back a step to the username and password window.

Logging in via MS Edge (the new one) works fine though. I only experience this issue in Chrome. Haven’t tested Firefox.

Hi Eldina, I have double checked on my browser as I use Chrome as well but I cannot reproduce the issue so the problem should be local. (emphasis on should)

If you are logged in on the same user on all the machines they would share the general browser settings so that kind of testing may not be as good as it could have.

But lets assume (at least from my side) that all three your machines also have different browser settings; in that case the only other common denominator between all of them would be the way to which they connect to internet.

You may want to just try to power cycle the router and do a DNS flush and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply. Two of the PCs are both mine and tested on the same network (at home). I’m also logged in to both browsers with the same Google account for sync.
Hence why I tried with incognito mode on all three PCs to exclude any shenanigans with my Google Chrome synced profile.

The third laptop however is my work laptop on a different network (sitting at the office), I’m not logged in to any Google Chrome profile on that browser on that PC.

Additionally I actually recently tested on my coworkers PC that doesn’t play WoW at all and I got the same issue there as well.

So yeah idk it’s super strange for me. I get the same issue on both my personal PCs at my home network and both office PCs (one of which isn’t even mine) on my office network.

Edge works on every computer regardless of network.

The only way I can be logged into Battle.net on my personal PCs in a Chrome browser is if I press “Manage my account” in the Bnet client in the top right corner. I then get signed in temporarily and can access the forums. Until I close the Chrome window, after that I get signed out.
