Has there been any word if Chromie time will be extended to level 69 after TWW is launched or will it end at 59 and require us to go through Dragonflight?
It pretty much should go to 70 as it did to 50&60 in the past. It’s just that dragonflight will be the default experience for new players.

I saw a post on icy-veins but when I tested it on a character that was 63, it wasn’t in place. Would be great to get some sort of update from Blizzard directly on this 
You have to be a bit careful here as it has changed in the past, up to 60 then to 59.
I did check with a 63 after the pre patch. Then Chromie iirc said up to 70, which I take as 69. However when that 63 went to freeze xp it couldn’t as you had to be no more than 59.
Now, I expect that to change if it hasn’t already.
To be on the safe side I levelled a number of characters to 58 in Remix because of the earlier findings, because you can always add to your levels but you can’t take them away.
Why 58 instead of 59, that’s a safeguard in case of an error by me.
They changed it from 60 to 59? I would have been furious since my character has been locked at 59 for some time. Guess I’ll keep them at 69 for the update, if it gets updated.
Update: Well I found out the hard way. Chromie Time is no longer accessible at 68.

I’m currently level 69 in-game and can no longer access Chromie time. Its either bugged, or the communication was poor. Everything says Chromie time now covers 10-71, but they clearly meant the scaling of Chromie time, not the levels it is accessible from.
