Chromie Timewalking Campaign at 60lvl

Hello, every since Chromie time came out we asked for you to let us do the campaign at max level.
Right now when you reach 50lvl it just kicks you out to Stormwind/Orgrimmar and you cannot go back to finish old story lines that you started.

I would like to make a request that we can keep doing Chromie Time at max level as well so we can better experience old content.

I know this might not be what you want, but until they change it (if they even will) - if you didn’t know, you can turn on the display of low-level quests on the minimap, this helps make sure you don’t miss things when completing old content on a max level character.

I know that but thanks anyway.

I just want to be scaled down so I don’t one shot everything, it’s much more meaningful doing it while scaled down.

Maybe another idea then - make a free account, make a character there, level it to 20 (that’s the highest it will go), then group your max with that character and do quests that way. I am not sure whether you will have to switch Chromie time on to do it properly, but you will be scaled down, guaranteed (have to press Party Sync, probably). There will be a second window of WoW in background though.

I tried to do that before, but my other character got DCed (I forgot to move) and all progress I did while in party sync was removed if I tried to sync again. :frowning:

Damn. It would have been so much simpler if they just didn’t turn Chromie time off the moment you hit 50. (Actually, there might be one last idea - level a new char, but cap experience at 49. Then do everything. But that requires a new char, unpleasant.)

I really don’t understand why can’t we keep Chromie time, it has so much potential for old content.

  1. Create another account with just the base game - no Shadowlands needed or sub needed.
  2. Put it in the same zone you want to use your main in.
  3. Invites it into your group with your main
  4. Use party sync.
  5. Enjoy.

But yeah, sure. Just having Chromie do all that for you would be fun, I agree. No need to make it annoying like this. Just allow us to have a separate level for some continents and let us go wild. Abilities you don’t have yet get greyed out on your bar.

Create a new character and start leveling it in Chromie time, that’s how you descend to altoholism. become one of us! one of us! one of us!

You can lock exp at level 49 to stay in Chromie time.
