Nobody cares what Rhonin says anymore. And the fact that he spams this every 3 minutes makes it highly annoying. Could you disable the voice on this one?

You can. Get the addon Leatrix Plus. Muting that RP is one of the options.

System tab, mute sounds, requires extra tick in cogwheel menu.
In smaller servers ppl actually flock to the statue, it gets annoying though in the mega realms. But you got leatrix to help you out, you can also mute train sound.
