I got the book from Legion vender for a 1000 timewarped badge for the imp customization. Am not sure if it unlocked anything or not, the two I have yet to unlock are Burning Crusade Timewalking & Legion Time Rifts.
Is the Legion Time Rifts from the rift bosses in dragonflight or from timewalking?
