Which classes will be highest in demand and have low pop coming into TBC?
Shamans will imo be in high demand but with enough supply aswell to match it due to everyone and their mum rolling the shiny new top tier class

Warlocks, at least alliance side. The class simply isn’t fun enough in pve for enough people to reroll from mage/warrior/rogue. For alliance specifically there is also the issue of wotf in pvp to make a lot of the people who wants to play warlock go horde.
Of course, mages. They are everywhere (unfortunately…).
Next: Rogue, Druid, Shammy, Warr.
classes need in hig demand whill be pala shammys ( erli raid tier) hunters and warlocks mage whill bee seen to but not as mutch and whill fhist get to do damge in later content once the gear the need is out avere warriors whill be spawed most of me sins the are now used as tanks and souport calses and at this point of time in thill phase 3 rouge whill be seen as a meme spec in my appion
Warlocks and Shamans. Even if Warlocks weren’t the best overall dps in TBC (and they are), you actually simply need them for several fights and they even bring utility + HP buff and curses. And Shamans because of Bloodlust stacking, that’s setting aside their incredibly valuable totems.
Every guild will want 2 Warriors but rarely will guilds actively seek any more, but there are like 4000000 unemployed Warriors coming from Classic due to all the stacking, even though many of them will be rerolling its going to be the hardest raid spot to find. Every guild also wants at least 3 Paladins, probably covered by one of each role. Plenty of spots for Hunters in most raid teams compared to Classic.
Rogues have no real obvious key role in TBC raiding, they do good dps and can interrupt but bring no buffs or other utility, they are like Fury Warriors only they bring less while doing comparable single target (you can argue marginally more), but can’t target switch as easily and have less multi-target dps.
There won’t be any classes that are Meta that won’t be overplayed I’d imagine the majority of DPS Warriors are going to reroll but top 4 most sought after classes will be:
Shaman - you want totems and BL/hero for every group plus Resto Shaman is the best healer in TBC with how effective and efficient Chain Heal is.
Warlocks - One of the highest DPS and best classes for AoE with how much damage you can do with SoC plus you need the curses they provide not only that but it’s one of the best arena classes too.
Hunter - Highest DPS potential in TBC, easy to play with one button macro, easy to gear early on with dungeon gear being better than T4. They also provide extra threat for tanks with Misdirect and can help with trash with it also.
Paladins - Your going to want at least 3 for blessings and one of each spec for the utility and other buffs they bring.
Id recommend however just picking whatever class you think you’ll have the most fun playing as picking a class because it’s sought after might have you regretting it later down the line if you find you don’t enjoy the class.
