Class development: Illidari Fel casters for night elf warlocks

Night elf fans: The Horde should be destroyed because they are evil
Also night elf fans: We should be able to suck souls out of living beings and condemn them to eternal torment even though that goes against all night elf values

It’s about some strange addition to the Demon Hunter class, only for night elves (not for blood elves - so Horde don’t get this), where they can be Illidari Night Elf Warlocks (even though the Illidari Warlocks were:

1. All Blood Elves
2. All killed (as far as the common lore goes. RP doesn’t count.)

Oh and then, Mardum is a Night Elf only starting zone as well, so then they can have proper introduction to Night Elf Illidari Warlocks…

I could go on, but I’ll spare you the nonsense…

I think they would sooner gives us red Draenei costumization and warlock class for the space goats, after all, its logical to re-absorb in the race the poor jobless Man’ari cousins…

But jokes aside, I think a lot of Highborne Arcanist embraced the Queen’s new allies back in the days (like the Duskmeres did in Suramar when Elisande made her pact with the Legion) and became apprentice-warlocks then quickly used their new demonic circles/gates to escape when things went south…
With the return of the Queen, maybe they will come out from hiding to spread the love and fel-cookies
After the burning of a certain tree I’m sure some Kaldorei would find poetic justice to use the powers of the Scourge/Lich King’s creators against the undead for some revenge…

But jokes aside, I think a lot of Highborne Arcanist embraced the Queen’s new allies back in the days (like the Duskmeres did in Suramar when Elisande made her pact with the Legion) and became apprentice-warlocks then quickly used their new demonic circles/gates to escape when thengs went south…

They could, in a much larger post i did a few months ago, i included Man’ari Eredar as a warlock option for draenei, these were Eredar who had been fighting with the Illidari, so not part of the normal draenei facation, though available on their character selection, just like night elf demon hunters

it could apply to blood elves too. I didn’t say it should exclude blood elves, I said i didn’t mention it because blood elves already had warlocks, and this was primarily about giving the night elf the warlock selection. I also then went on to explore the possibilities of how it could be added to blood elven warlocks.

Yeh, that could work, as well as a number of other options, even though you’re kidding, (we had orc mages and tauren priests remember, anything is possible), I’d not find that remotely as exciting as a demon hunter warlock though aka illidari fel caster option… it fits very well and gives the demon hunters the long wanted caster option fantasy.
