Hey all.
I wanted to try some Horde roleplay and I thought i will be go for a Darkspear troll, a voodoo doctor to be precise. I am just not sure wich class i should pick to represent it. Priest, warlock, shaman or maybe a Hunter for a shadow hunter? Thanks in advance

Hunter or rogue for Shadow Hunter
Any caster is viable for Witch Doctor, just choose the one that most fits the Loa you worship.

Lets try this out of the top out of my head.
Hex priest - Shaman, Mage
Voodoo priest - priest, warlock
Shadow hunter - rogue, hunter
Witch doctor - Mage, Warlock, Shaman, priest, Monk, Druid
Berseker - shaman, warrior
Headhunter - warrior, hunter, rogue

Bwonsamdi is the loa that interests me as most, so I guess either a priest or a warlock would work? Also, if I went for the shaman, wich loa would fit him most?
Priest Warlock and maybe DK would fit (But you wouldn’t be a DK or Necromancer, you’d be a Death priest.)
Shaman can fit most loa but it best fits Krag’wa.

It would be hard to playoff, but you could do it theoretically if you wore More Troll priesty like gear instead of Saronite and acted more respectful to the dead instead of raising everyone every minute of the day.
i’d be hella interested to see one done well. bfa has kinda gotten me more interested in trolls/troll lore. its one saving grace for me. it cant take away papa bwonsamdi. he is sacred.

Right now I am stuck between a warlock/priest used to represent a devoted follower of Bwonsamdi or just a Shadow Hunter. Choices choices!

Also consider cooking and alchemy products to complement your class.
Shrink/growth potions, invisibility etc. all could add to the immersion.

I’d probably go for a shadow priest if bwonsamdi interests you.
