Class Hall quest not showing up

Hello, I have a boosted char that can not access the Legion classhall quest chain. I’ve read the forums and it seems it might be a bug that require GM interception. I did contact Blizzard but the GM told me I have to come to the forums for help as they don’t help out with quests (???).

So, I did the intro-scenario, did also speak with Khadgar in Dalaran and did the following quests, yet no quest pop up.

Anyone else has an idea?

Did you end up getting the quest?
Where were you stuck? I am now stuck not seeing the “Talon’s Call” quest.
