Nightborne should be able to be DH.
Undead should be able to be paladins.

Got a better one. Let all races switch to any racial. All of my characters are short hairy men because stoneform is just too strong

These are just the most popular ideas on my head. After the void elf was so one sided this feels quite unfair to the Horde. Hero classes should be equal.

Yes, as long as they make separate spec based on arcane magic - similar to void DH. Thatâs why Void Elves can be DH as it was introduced through manipulation of void powers and DH mastery.
Having Nightborne using Fel or Void just doesnât make sense. No Nightborne were created as DH within Ilidanâs ranks, so they should not have access to class just because they are elves and just because Horde is having one less race for DH.
What if all former Lordareon paladins were saved from scourge and thatâs why we donât have any paladins there?
Priests chanell light and as it was explained in lore, it burns undead and itâs painful for them. However we have few undead priests - Alonsus Faol - who wields light despite the agony. Shows the discipline.
Paladins are embodiment of light, its instrument. Itâs not just chanelling the light. So basically, it would just kill any undead.
Nope. The only connection they have with nature is through ranger tradition like Farstriders.
They donât worship nature like Kaldorei druids.
Also - the original High Elves, later Blood Elves were exiled from Kaldorei society due to excess use of arcane magic. HE/BE always looked at druidism as something basic and not fit for highborne ranks.
Weâve already completely given up on sensible restrictions in favour of âbe whatever you want to be babycakes 
â so I think at this point just enable everything.

This cumulative âhOrDe hAd an AdVanTageâ is one of the most bizzare takes that is being floated by Aliance players in years.
Will you do every single class/race combo you are able to on one side? What exactly is advantage of that? At any time you will play only one, and if you need unlimited options or want to widen the pool, well since factions are do distilled (one of the reasons being giving all classes to everyone) you might as well roll Horde.
The most frequent one you heard floating around is that Horde has more combinations for Shaman⌠well yeah it was faction specific class, and Alliance had always for years larger access to the Horde class, than Horde has to the Alliance.
While horde has access to 4 Paladin races, Alliance has access to 7 shaman races. But now the Horde is favorized because it had 104 possible combinations while Alliance only 101.
