Hello everyone, i would like to discuss the possiblity to have the Class quests for all classes in Retail wow (Battle for azeroth). Like the Totem quests for shaman or my personal favourite the Paladin quests to get certain spells. It’s probably my favourite thing (if not counting the community etc) with classic and vanilla wow.
What would you think about if Blizzard remade certain spells to have a quest chain to obtain the spells/ability? What is good and/or what do you think is bad with it? 
if its to unlock a cosmetic look for a spell (like green fire) yes - if its to unlock a baseline spell then no
I don’t know… It sounds like a system that belongs in an RPG.

It was part joke, part criticism of the declining RPG elements in WoW. 
We no rpg here, because i cant switch between covenants 0-24.
I agree complete. I think the class quests added immersion to your character, gave you also something to aim for, something to achieve to make you worthy of your class.
I did all the Shaman totem quests, all the Druid shapeshift quests, the warlock mount, the paladin mount… levelling those classes now and getting those abilities just by levelling feels lackluster in some ways. Granted, it took me 10 days if I recall correctly to get a group together for the epic warlock mount which involves Dire Maul back in those days (and in classic) but by god did I feel like I had achieved something great.
