How do I get to the order hall on a class trial? I wanna purchase a weapon from one of them
You should be approached by an NPC once you enter Dalaran for the first time which starts the class hall quest line.
I got so annoyed when i was a noob wower and went to dalaran on my first character wich i boosted, i had no idea what the class hall was and found it super weird that they would have quest givers chase you down and nag you to take quest

Not getting the quest to actually go to Dalaran though because that’s what you need to do in order to trigger that order hall quest
You didn’t get a dalaran hearthstone thing? I think with boosted characters you get a sack in your inventory that contains a bunch of Legion stuff including the portal stone.
