You can not blame him, they just pass on messages and can not change the game.
His community manager, they dont do class tuning but interact with the community (players) like is in the name, blame the devs if wish to blame someone for tuning. Dont get me wrong I’m also displeased of how warlocks get nonsensical nerfs during off season or neglected entirely otherwise and how retribution continue be op in PvP with hardly any nerfs on it or mm.
We just have to be vocal in their platforms or you can try ingame suggestion, I have writen something there too related shuffle/blitz queue systems. If you wish change on something make thread about it and argue your case in detail and be active in topics related the matter, its one of the purpose of these platforms anyway to get players voices heard somewhere

These changes are not addressing the real issues with PvP. Small percentage buffs and nerfs are meaningless when the core problem is the constant random one-shots and the complete lack of incentive for healers to queue.
Right now, healers are being punished by the MMR system even when they win. For example, I went 4-2 yesterday, and instead of gaining rating, I lost 200 MMR — all while starting at 0 CR. That makes no sense and only drives healers away from Solo Shuffle.
The queues are already 40+ minutes long for DPS, and the current system design is making it worse. If you don’t make healing rewarding and fix these MMR issues, Solo Shuffle will collapse. Damage numbers being “balanced” around one-shots is also killing the integrity of matches.
If you keep ignoring community concerns, this mode/game won’t survive. Please take action on the fundamentals, not just surface-level number tweaks.

it was in like +6 because nobody would invite him higher - but he was still there

Both are sad indeed. Problem is that there isnt a support role in the game. Adding one only for one class either make it too weak or to powerfull, there is no middle ground.
Aug Evoker needs a major change or buffs

Tuths of truths: When one spec is OP people will swarm like rats to play it, so its very easy to see who need buffs who need nerfs.
When someone tell you “we love to play this because its fun”, its ultimate unholy and pagan lie, those people are very few, but 99% of them love wins they not deserved, they want endless supply of cannon meat for their overtuned spec.
Blizzard shoud keep eye on % participation of spec, it is holy number it tells you everything which is unseen on surface… Guiding star is : People swarm like rats when something is OP. Use that fact to balance the game.
Popularity shoud never ever gief right to someone to be OP and balance of game must be carried without mercy.
And I asure you once those OP specs have oposition, and when they start to see lose screen, they very fast not love their spec, which they said they love becase its fun… fun comes from something they not earned and deserve, this is root of meta slaving.
Players often wonder why we on EU do not get so many blue posts as the US players, then you look at some of the posts we get and its clear as day.
Retri, mm, dh is not getting proper or any nerfs pvp is sad.
The whole 6 round design of shuffle is nonsensical when healer / dps mmr is separated in it unlike in normal arena where both dps and healer get mixed mmr from their both mmrs combined. Shuffle having 6 rounds where only dps sort of shuffle while healers continue go heal vs heal for 6 rounds and only fight against each others healer mmr and healers mmr being more deflated than dps due there being less healers, that combined with the high dampen from start and its no wonder why so few want to heal shuffles which only adds more to the problem of healer mmr being more deflated, then you get these 4-2 wins from where you gain nothing or actually lost mmr if the other were a lot different mmr to you and the game dont care if you won 4 round from 6, I’ve never seen a dps mmr situation where they wouldnt had gained from going positive, often they even gain from negative cause their mmr is so higher than their cr.
I won 5-1 here but only gain 47 rating and some dps gained 383 for 4-2 etc. I sweat my life out to win 5 rounds for that lobby and even coached some of the dps and I get rewarded less. I could just play arena with ppl of my own exp and without coaching anyone gain equal amount rating with them from wins we make instead of heal this shuffle. Would even gain 3-4x more rating than this +47 from winning 5 games in arena versus winning 5 rounds in shuffle, I really dont see why this mode dont get improved for healers.

I’m really saddened I didnt see any announcements for next exp pvp announcements I saw here, just some new epic bg which will get que synced by premades. No announcements to fix que syncing either or for especially for rated modes where there should be penalty for declining invitations for rated matches in to shuffle/blitz.
I think they need rework rated system next if they are not willing to do nothing for shuffle/blitz. Currently they are killing arenas. We’re not even seeing proper class tuning pvp if retri go this long without correct nerfs pvp, all the issues keep pile up. At some point it just become too much and ppl lose interest like healers sort of did with shuffles after asking changes for 3-4 years.
I totally agree with what you are saying that’s why I even cancelled my subscription. I came back from Shadowlands to try the game. To be honest I regret I did…
Can be played around with movement and slows.
Abo Limb was a balancing bottleneck. It was the reason why some mobs are immune to CC while they really shouldn’t be.
