Class Tuning Incoming – 18 December

they know, that there will be addons/wa for everything before hand

5/8 myth only and you talk about 8/8 myth weak auren and addons? big yikes

Its called “talking about something I already experimented/achieved to make my arguments viable”

Can you buff Ret pls, I’m not OP enough.

I see why GM doesn’t reply on forums, just look how much hate he gets hahaha

An argument doesn’t get more or less viable from having experienced something. If anything, it makes it harder to keep the bias out of it.

Experience can help you in finding great arguments, though.

Guild average 637.4 ilvl stuck on 4/8 for months while the 5th boss got nerf on abilities and a 15% health also nerf … Let’s not forget the the the buff that this week is like 10%? dmg/heal or 12.5%?

Quite funny writing this by someone that never progress through a final boss through the entire season

Also max is 11 with 12 ???while hitting 638 ilvl …yep gear issue:S

Holy priest

I timed all 12 except CoT (the last boss you know)

And yes there is a big gap between 11 and 12s

10s are healthy ballad in compariso

And you didnt get me

I pointed the fact that devs dont test their own game.

This is not normal to have the necessity to have 3rd software + many wa to clean something

The base game must give tools

There is only 11% world guilds who did 5/8

What are you talking about “average”

You live in your own little univers thinking majority of players are 2500 and 4/8 m

Nice one dear Alt.

I couldn’t agree more,5th boss is perfect example, not to mention the fps drop/adjusting the “said” WA and MRT notes.

which you dont need for vault and more for everyone who wants to push

source? or is this a trust me bro, i saw it in a dream scenario?

most guilds dont do ovinax as 5th and go to nexus-princess, because its much more easy with the raidbuff and you dont wipe, if your egg bois are not able to go to their egg in 8 seconds. But yea with that ilvl, they should steamroll everything.

both playable in a pug, yep its average. I tanked mythic rashanan with a 608 tank druid(that was stupid). I dont know any raid, where you could easily kill the first 4 raid bosses. Everything behind you should be in an organised surrounding, where the people prepare before the raid what is to do.

you take your number from wowprogress, which doesnt count the china guilds

https://www.wowprogress.com/encounter/ulgrax-the-devourer-mythic/rating/cn
dont believe that there zero guilds did it there

It reads on the patch notes that they did, and like I said I dont care how big or small as I said its wild they did. The point here being that they should buff the weaker classes or tune the most strongest ones instead of give more buff to the ones that are already the strongest since beginning of the season :joy:

This is top 4 of 2100 eu shuffle of specs played for example, in retail wow pvp people tend to play multiple classes and switch between the most strongest between buffs and nerfs, for a side note eu is even more minmax oriented than usa. These kind of statistics show us good estimate on which spec or class is performing well for the moment :dracthyr_a1:

I see. I have no interest in PvP content.

If were being precise the fury buff was for hero talent aswell that they dont play in current meta in pvp as they all play slayer not mountain thane. But point still being that we should see patch notes were weaker classes are tuned on par with the ones that have been strongest for months. Also counts for buffs on bm pvp, it was wild :joy:

My bad, Fury did indeed get a buff to one of theur hero talents.
However you are wrong about BM. BM is getting a bugfix, which would nerf their bleak Powder damage by 40%. This is being offset by the buff you quoted.

On top of that, Shadow Surge is getting nerfed, leading to a net nerf for BM.

and I thought the reason was to understand what they were doing themselves. it turns out that this is an insignificant reason )

Please read what I said however

Again this is the situation in top 4 eu 2100 shuffles for the entire season.

You quoted me on me saying “Buffs for fury and buffs for bm, no matter how big, still pretty wild ” now we are not speaking of the point I made with it if we beging speaking of the size of the buffs.

I did read it and sure, buff or nerf whats needed (in PvP), i only corrected you on only reading one part of the patchnotes.
Bm is getting a nerf, not a buff, and on top of that i doubt Bleak Powder does much in PvP to begin with, but i dont know much about that since i wont touch Pvp with a 10 foot stick.

In m+ BM is doing fine ish, good enough to play, not enough to get invites easily. Had that bugfix gone through without anything to offset it, it would have been very very bad.

Its that ppl just have been asking bm to be tuned since start of season in pvp. The point here is that they should buff the weaker classes to bring them on par with the strongest, or tune the strongest but we should not see any buffs on the stongest or we get this confused reaction of public :joy:

Being able to create problems on different levels doesn’t imply that they’re the best ones to solve them:).

There’s quite an interesting interview with the lead encounter designer, senior encounter designer and the guild master and raid leader of Liquid. Have a watch, and you may get some insights there:)

If the “public” would read the entirety of the notes there wouldnt be any confusion.
If bm needs tuning in PvP, ill take your word on that. I dont know about that nor do i care.
As long as said tuning explicitly says those special words with it: “only applies to PvP combat.”

Yeah I usually only speak of pvp, I will try do my best of add the word on each post Ill make related tuning in future and yeah people have asked bm tuning since start of season so this is funny that they are gaining buffs to pvp while being 2-3x stronger than any other dps in the season
