It seems like you forgot to add the 5% enhancement shaman aura buff.
And also the 10% tempest buff and lightning rod buff.

I’m genuinely curious who planned this change and based on what. It’s a buff with almost no real effect. Right now, Survival Hunter is the spec with the lowest dps in dungeons. This doesn’t push us even a single step higher, it’s generally just a 2-2.2% buff. Another proof that the developers are completely ineffective. Thanks.
To reach a reasonable level, we need at least five times more of a buff than this. For Survival Hunter, a reasonable level means B- or C+ tier, lol

But this is the problem ! Croud Controll in tanks is so outrageoulsy OP that they need to do the “Aug nerf” treatment to both DH and PPala. Because they are the only ones capable of something like that.
And for S3 re-think and normalize this stuff for tanks.
Same thing for Oracle Priest. They need to do the Aug treatment. And re-think what their strategy with absorbs is. And normalize that to all healers. Or to none at all.
And Oracle Priests and DH tanks? Whats the deal here?
MDI prevents you from doing what is necessary? Atleast admit it.

Step 3. Ppala is buffed way beyond all tanks while having some of the best group saving utility in the game.
They will buff lightsmith (the spec we don’t) play and it will do a a million gazillion dps and 30% hp shields too while buffing allied dps by 2 trillion. Lol.

Buffing DPS by a gazilion? Who cares. High keys are finished with 5 min to go…
Crazy survivability and inmortality? Why? All other tanks are as inmortal, if not more, than DH and PPala.
The only difference between DH and Pala are Sygils and the Silence Shield every 15s. Thats literally it.
And in lower keys, peple usually die because of a lack of CC. That is why DH is so powerfull, even at lower keys.
PPala is not meta because DH is meta. Its not worse than any other tank. You nerf DH and its instant meta for PPala. Even if they do ZERO tuning to PPala itself.

Did i mention 30% of max hp shields? Literally carrying weak defensive classes with a quick cd.
Go and watch Yoda, one of the best tanks in the world explain it. It’s not just avengers shield. Divine toll is a 45/60 second cool. It’s not quick
OKOK. I mean, we got into the details of the spec.
But the massive AoE silence on a short CD is something only PPala and DH tank have.
And that is so usefull that it defines the meta. If on top you manage to put shields and do DD dps as a tank then its even MORE meta. It will be 110% tank representation cause some parties will go double PPala at that point.
But still. PPala has to be really, really bad in the survivability department to not be meta just for the CC it provides.

IMO it should not have existed to begin with. Its just a copy-paste of existing healers. So if they increase the range, it will simply become a cheap ripoff of some other healer. OR… be outragiously OP, with the same tools as another healer but extra mobility.
They struggle to find their identity IMO. Because 6 healers is enough to cover all possible gameplay permutations. A 7th one is just an extra baggage.
That’s my opinion. And that is why they will never give PEvoker a 40 yard range. I mean… think about the consequenes of that:
They fly to a corner of the room. Breath and hit every single player. No other healer can do something like that… instantly OP… So they will need to nerf it, just as they did with Shaman Wellspring. And then, PEvoker, with nerfed out breaths is just a fancy spot healer. And depending on the mobility they decide to keep for it, the best spot healer or the worst spot healer.
So glad to see some Moonkin nerfs. This spec is clearly too much powerfull for a lowest skill cap.

I wish Blizz would deprioritize this stupid MDI “e-Sports” event. How many people take part in it and how many watch it? Around 100 participants and maybe a few thousand viewers? Is it really worth blocking important class balance changes for all WoW players just to give the couple of MDI participants a consistent experience while preparing for and during the event? Are they that important? And would it really be that bad if bigger class balance changes occur closely before or during the event?
Its even more stupid if you thing about it.
They have their own realms and own servers. They even have their own gear, because the gear they use is BiS Mythic gear, from ALL sources. Delves, Mythic, M+… AND full secondary stats.
So ALL gear peices have Avoicance for example.
They already live in their own little independant realm. So… just keep it that way. What is the problem?
