It is a buff for healers.
I mean 2v2 starts with more damp. Its a nerf

No. It is not a nerf for healers. They will barely notice any change to their absurd heals.
On the other hand for DPS specs it will have a huge impact. For example exhiliration is going to heal me 20% (down from 30%) thats a massive change for DPS specs and also hybrids.
The change will harm DPS specs more than healers, making us more dependent on healers; which in turn makes healers more powerful.
Overall a bad change. Should have applied to healer specs only.

Luckily our devs are competent enough to see how weak is MM, so they are even buffing it. MM buffs on the way, fyi.
So healers wont play SS where dampening ramp up pretty quickly and they rather play content without dampening. Now blizzard get brilliant idea adding damp in content where wasnt so they stop tottaly. What about make every content for healers disgusting pve aswell. Flat -75% healing​:rofl:
It’s never additive, always multiplicative.
10% of 30% is 3%, your heal will do 27% of your hp.
MM hunters weak??? Hahahah dude, wake up, people are loosing their health from 100% to 2% with those aimed shots lol. And compared to chaos bolt which requires long casts and can be interrupted, aimed shot can be stopped only with cc/stuns

Since when disc priest cares for dampening? there is so many spells which are totaly excluded from dampening mechanic
