I think its a typo. They copy pasted the Ele tuning notes.

Its the only explanation. Because ancestors cast that when Ele casts Earth Shock. We dont have a skill like that. So even if our ancestors could, in theory, cast it… we have no skill that would trigger that cast to begin with.

I play Farseer. I prefer it to Totemic. It’s more fun.

Il switch to Totemic when I start doing +14s and so.

I am nobody then, since I play Farseer and enjoy it much more than Totemic !

Just read this, so il answer 8 days later:

Because AoE heals are more powerfull since Totemic is all about OP chain heals. Damage profile this season is all about dangerous AoE. Like “divine toll” from Priory.

A secondary aspect is that it significantly buffs our cookie cutter totems (CB and HS totem). Something Farseer dosent do.

That is the TLDR.

But Laren, the best RShaman runs with his melee comp premade as Farseer.

It is a super interesting talent tree. But IMO thats advanced even for me. Not sure if I can pull off high keys with out a premade with those talents. But hey. No deplete == free trys right?

I see your point, but Farseer can also pump some (free) chain heals plus every 30 seconds your chain heals are copied twice (except not for the hightide part, sadly).

In the end, people should just play what they prefer, I noticed that when I play Farseer I have far less problems keeping people alive, and I am also able to carry some really bad groups (within limits ofc ).
