CLASSIC - Addons not showing up in > Options > Addons

Cause of missing /commands for some Addons I can’t set them up, in my exmaple it’s OmniCC and Atlas. These Addons work but I can access the Settings.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I double checked that all the Addons are not in a Extrafolder.

To see what errors they’re throwing.

I suspect Classic may be using the Retail API for the setting pages these days.
