{Classic Anniversary realms} Direct x12 graphic/skin problem in stormwind

floor and walls blinking not much but noticeable. turned back to dx11 working fine, MAX graphics @ 1440p 290 frames
i know its dx12 as i went through each graphic setting till the flashing stopped.
