I think they do this now and then go back and look what did work and not in SoD so thgey can give us a classic+ that is more balanced.
I think fresh will suffer from SoM effect . Everybody who invested in SoD won’t stick around to replay MC and BWL so soon and in a weakened state. People invested in cataclysm weren’t playing anyway. The little classic era pop will be happy but that’s all.
I only played SoD to test new roles and runes. Now I know what to expect and to play in case of classic+.
That’s all I needed. The timing for fresh is perfect for me.
i thought its a me issue, i have played classic fresh for 4x times, but this time i feel already burned out close to level 40 because of Sod
it feels like, Sod is too much Ability wise, and normal classic/fresh too less and boring
and in classic fresh ambush rogues with Ragi dagger are Whopping every Cloth guy

In classic, a destro warlock also had the possibility to burn someone down very fast, so it’s more equal
