Classic: Herb spawns "under ground"

Hello,

I tried to search for a similar post but didn’t find it so I’m making a new one, sorry if this has already been replied in the past.

There are multiple Herb spawns below ground in Classic Wow, and thereby unaccesible by the players. At the moment I’m aware of 3 but there are probably more.

Searing Gorge Firebloom spawn at 47,43
Winter Spring Ice Cap spawn at 64,68
Silithus Mountain Silversage spawn at 61,13 (ish)

Is this something that could be fixed?

I saw herbs 40 yards above on the trees also, looks like there is bug with Y pos. Although extremely rare.
