Classic TW dungeons

Blizzard should really barricade other bosses than needed for completion. It really makes groups toxic and kicking very likely. Just block other bosses. If players want mogs etc. they should go single dungeons, i think the majority of players are here for fast completion.

You know, I have grown a genuine hatred towards people who think this way.

I quite hate that this is how people function. Especially when I’m playing as a Tank and watching high geared DPS run ahead, then make demands of me to start rushing as well.

Makes me just stop caring and proceed to try my best to sabotage the run so as to cut away a few extra minutes of their oh-so-precious time. Like I did last night in Deadmines. I got a deserter debuff, sure, but it was worth it :stuck_out_tongue:

I think think the majority wants fast completion. Blizzard should block other bosses exactly to avoid toxic and kicking behaviour. in retail times matters alot.

Nope, they should rather make all the bosses mandatory to avoid such toxic behaviour (you being part of the problem).

na to have only some required, they should block them off - its a waste of time. if you want to do them fully make a group. Its timewalking meant for fast leveling and tokens.

I for one approve of this message, purely because it would probably drive some people crazy knowing they can’t afford to do elaborate skipping methods to try and cut up a few minutes, only to end up extending the run because of wipes.

If you want fast runs so much, why don’t you roll a Fury Warrior, keep him at level 10, twink him out with Timewarped gear, then proceed to queue as tank and kill everything in sight? It’s what I saw this morning at least.

Otherwise, either you follow the tank’s pace, or rush and risk the tank leaving you to die. Your choice.

Just scrap the “optional” property of those bosses and voila…problem solved.

Depents on the group. I once asked to do the cannon boss in stratholme (sorry for the mistake) because it can drop a nice trinket. The tank said oke,So the tank ran back and we killed the boss. Ofc i didn’t get the trinket. But the tank and a rogue got it. I asked if i could have it. And the tank gave me the trinket.

Yesterday i did headless horsemen and i got a ring i already had 2 of and didnt use. So i gave it to the healer (the others left already)

this is simply a matter of communication. at the start communicate your intentions for the dungeon and hopefully (it wont work always but this is definitely just the best way) everyone communicates their intentions and well then majority intentions should be followed. Atleast this way you can advocate for having tried and if they dont follow going against the groups wishes. wich yes this means if the one person still tries to do all bossed when agreed for only needed, and also when one still tries to rush when agreed to do more. Like i said it wont always work but it is a start to know what you are in for. i do this myself and i find people become more responsive to it slowly

Blizzard: “Oh here is dungeons from past times, so you can relive the dungeons in a scaled environment!”

People: “Blizzard should just block everything off, so we can steamroll to the end for fast completion, otherwise we will act toxic and kick people that want to do all bosses”

Also people: “Lol Blizzard billion dollar company! No exploration dungeons are just designed to go through! Dead company!”
