We killed Sha of Anger,
it dropped the Caw of Anger,
server kicked all of us,
there is no Sha of Anger to loot.
Have we lost the item until server reset?
I had the same thing happen to me on my mistweaver monk. Is there a solution? I killed it again and I dont get loot.
Yes, wait for next reset.
Totally unfair but I guess we have to forgive them since they are a small indie company

Its some extreme level of fomo some of the wow players are showing.
It might look like we have some kind of FOMO, but this is about having a non-mediocre customer service.
Remember that this expansion has over 12 years and there are still old bugs that were solved but also migrated again.

Another one who has lost his Claw of Anger⌠It is NOT in the mailbox, I have returned to kill Sha but I get no chance of loot.
I think itâs shameful that a company like blizzard, has these failures and even more in a 12 years old game, there is no way to defend thisâŚ

People gotta considerate that THOUSANDS of people tried to do the same thing, all at once.
When that happens, servers fry. Name one MMORPG that doesnt have this, and ill give u pat on the back.
But on-topic. Iâm pretty sure blizzard is working on a fix.
I guess identifying all those who have killed Sha and not gotten the claw takes time.
Also, if youâre already running with heroic piece on boots, the 476 boots from claw quest is most likely a sub-1000 dps increase anyway.

If everyone should flood the forum, whining over every thing that might not go their way ingame⌠yes. Even 1000 GMs working 24/7 would not cover it.
Accept that this is an old game, with flaws, sh!t happens, and that you are not the center of the world.

To be fair, losing a 100% drop then getting locked out of getting it for 7 Days because of something that was out of your controll, like a Server DC (Because the highest grossing monthly income from Microtransactions goes everywhere, but for basic infrastructure upgrades) is absolutly something Blizzard has to fix.
same thing happened to me today, made a ticket to summarise the following from the GM:
GM have no power to do anything bar reply to the tickets so we cant give you the item

Yeah, it sucks when that happen. But it has happened before, and most likely happen again.

Coming on to the forum, whining over 1 item lost, its not a big deal.
Best you can do, submit a bug ticket, and stop crying over spilled milk.
Absolutly, based on the fact Blizzard doesnât really check on the Forums anyways.
But then there is the issue of actually getting a Human to review the ticket and not just some prewriten Bot answer. 
I had the same issue yesterday and opened a ticket,
the GM said that they didnât receive other issues like that and to open a bug report 
Hope it will drop normally on next week at this point
